Grinder series WMS
Most advanced grinder for medium capacities and demanding specialty grinds. The newly designed coffee grinder NEOGRIND has been developed specifically for the high demands of filter coffee, pad/pod production (coffee capsules) and fine grinding.
With its fully automatic control unit and the many features for process monitoring, this grinder includes all elements that ensure perfect grinding of high-quality coffee products with high demands on the grinding degree. The compact design of the grinder with soundproof case and movable touch panel is an additional advantage.

Grinder Series WMK
The grinders type WMK are designed for large capacities and continuous operation. They are equipped with sectional drives, integrated compactors and feature a wide range of options.
The grinder series is characterized by low maintenance demands, high availability as well as reproducible and constant grinding degrees with a constant particle size distribution.
The WMK is a well-proven machine with a maximum capacity of more than 5,000 kg/h.

- Combined drive via spur gear and timing belt
- Constant velocity joint shafts avoid shearing forces
- High performance compactor with continuously adjustable compaction rate for crushing of chaff and increase of the bulk density

- Metal separator for pre-cleaning of the input product
- Monitoring sensors for bearing temperature and vibration control to ensure maximum process reliability

For the control of the coffee production plants, NEUHAUS NEOTEC develops customized IT systems that are adapted to the product requirements and which cover the complete range from signal processing within the plant to order management in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Intensive training of the operating personnel and simulation runs prior to the start of production ensure a smooth transition from commissioning to handover of the plant.
